After the 3-day trial period ends, you have three options:
Option 1: Purchase
If the equipment meets your client’s needs, simply let us know, and we’ll process the order. An invoice will be issued for the items you wish to provide long-term. If purchasing through a funding package, we can coordinate directly with the service provider for a smooth payment process.
Option 2: Return
If the equipment isn’t suitable, you can return it easily:
If we delivered the trial items: We’ll arrange collection at no cost within the Perth metro area. Simply send us a message.
If you picked up the items from Unicare: You’ll need to return them to us at our Perth warehouse.
For regional and rural areas: Collection charges may apply.
Option 3: Trial Alternative Products
If the products don’t fully meet your client’s requirements, we can recommend alternative equipment for trial. Our aim is to help you identify the most appropriate solution tailored to each client’s needs.
Notification & Support
You will be notified via email when the trial ends to confirm your decision: whether to purchase, return, or trial alternative products. If we don’t hear from you by the end of the 3-Day Trial, we will follow up to confirm next steps.
