The Oxford Powered 4-Point Pivot Frame with Weigh Scale combines powered postural adjustment, lifting and weight measurement within one patient handling equipment accessory. It enables carers to move a person between seated and reclined orientations without manually rotating the cradle, helping reduce physical effort while supporting comfort throughout the transfer.

The four-point frame is compatible with Oxford clip-style slings featuring the Securi3 safety attachment system, which helps prevent accidental sling detachment once correctly connected. Powered positioning allows posture to be adjusted while the person remains supported, making the system suitable for safe patient handling in hospitals, rehabilitation services, aged care homes and supported living environments.

An integrated digital scale allows clinicians to monitor weight during lifting, avoiding an additional transfer onto separate weighing equipment. Designed for Oxford Presence and Oxford Stature mobile hoists, this accessory supports more efficient patient transfers and ongoing clinical observation. The complete system must be prescribed with a compatible sling, and its safe working load is determined by the lowest-rated connected component.
