Product Overview
The Oxford Six-Point Yoke with Universal Weigh Scale combines sling attachment, supported lifting and weight measurement in one integrated patient handling equipment accessory. The six-point spreader bar is designed for compatible loop-style slings, while the in-line digital scale enables clinicians to weigh a person during the lifting process.
Multiple attachment points allow the sling’s support and seated position to be configured according to the person’s assessed needs. The low-profile scale preserves the hoist’s available lifting height, and its dual-screen display allows the weight reading to be viewed from either side. This can reduce the need for a separate transfer onto conventional weighing equipment.
Designed specifically for Oxford Presence and Oxford Stature mobile hoists, the system supports routine patient transfers and ongoing weight observation in hospitals, rehabilitation services, aged care homes and supported living environments. Sling selection, loop configuration and equipment compatibility should be clinically assessed, with the complete system kept within the safe working load of its lowest-rated component.
