The Oxford Powered 4-Point Pivot Frame is a powered positioning accessory designed to support comfortable and controlled transfers with compatible Oxford mobile hoists. Its powered adjustment helps carers position a person between seated and reclined orientations without manually rotating the cradle, reducing physical effort during patient handling procedures.

Four sling attachment points distribute support through a compatible clip-style sling, while Oxford’s Securi3 safety clip system helps prevent accidental detachment once correctly connected. This makes the pivot frame suitable for assessed patient transfers in hospitals, rehabilitation services, aged care homes and supported living environments where postural adjustment and carer ergonomics are important considerations.

The frame is designed specifically for Oxford Presence and Oxford Stature mobile hoists and should be paired with an appropriate Oxford clip-style sling following an individual assessment. As part of a safe patient handling equipment system, the safe working load is determined by the lowest-rated connected component. For infection-control routines, the frame can be cleaned using soap and water or a suitable hard-surface disinfectant, avoiding harsh abrasives and excess moisture around electrical components.
