Product Overview
The JAY J3 CradleU One-Piece Lateral Hug Positioning Support provides additional support around the trunk for wheelchair users who require greater stability as part of their seating system. Designed to complement compatible JAY J3 back supports, this wheelchair lateral support helps create a more supportive contour around the user while maintaining an integrated seating setup.
Additional lateral support can be valuable for users who have difficulty maintaining a stable midline position or who require greater guidance around the trunk during everyday wheelchair use. By increasing support around the sides of the body, the CradleU can help create a more individualised seating environment that complements the positioning provided by the existing backrest. This makes it a practical trunk support option where greater postural stability is required.
For clinicians configuring an individualised wheelchair seating system, the CradleU provides another way to adapt support around the user's postural needs without moving to an entirely different backrest. Suitable for rehabilitation, aged care homes, community care and home environments, this wheelchair positioning accessory provides a practical solution focused on lateral stability, individualised positioning and supportive everyday wheelchair use.
