This allows you to trial equipment in the actual environment where it will be used, at no cost. Focus on your clinical assessment without the pressure of financial constraints.
How do I change my appointment?

Does my client need to have a NDIS or Home Care Package?
Not at all. Showroom at Home™ is a free mobile showroom service available to anyone who wants to try one or more assistive technology products in the comfort of their own home.
Do I need to purchase something from the van?
No, there is no obligation to purchase anything. Showroom at Home™ allows you to trial products without any pressure or commitment to buy.
What if the item I want to trial is not available in the Showroom at Home™ van?
If the item you want to trial isn’t available in the Showroom at Home™ van, you can book a free 3-day trial online. Simply browse our website, add your chosen products to a trial booking, and complete the checkout process to schedule your trial. There’s no cost to book a 3-day trial. This service is completely free.
What's the difference between the Showroom at Home™ and 3-day Trial?
Choosing the right assistive technology is key to supporting your clients’ safety, independence, and well-being. That’s why Unicare Health offers two free trial services: Showroom at Home™ and the 3-Day Trial at Home.
Each service is designed to support your clinical assessments in different ways. Showroom at Home™ offers a guided, in-home product demonstration with a Unicare product specialist, while the 3-Day Trial allows clients to live with the equipment independently before deciding.
